At the meeting the other night, someone asked about using excel spreadsheets. There was a problem created, as not everyone had the excel software.
There is a program called Open Office. It works perfectly with Microsoft programs, including excel, power point, etc. The best part is....... IT's FREE!! I have used this myself with much success.

And a Neo_Office version for the Mac.
Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
As an IT professional I recommend Libre Office over Open Office. It's more mature.
