Ok I am setup and ready to go...is this where we will put the club's equipment inventory and current location??

This is my first attempt at a blog!!

That's what I was thinking Dave ... We could start a post called "Shared winemaking equipment" or something and do everything under that.

This is also a good place for people to post questions and such, and then other club members can chime in.

If not here, I don't know where.

On a different note, inquiring minds would like to know where Sir Harrison obtains his worldly pearls of wine wisdom often posted in the newsletter. I speculate that some research and much cork pulling contributed immensely to fine thought provoking newsletter conclusions ;0)

Do we have to invite all of the club members to sign on? or will this be open to everyone that some how finds it??

I too often wonder where Randy finds all of his "fruity thoughts".

I have already sent to everyone on the list (well I grabbed all the addresses from an email sent a few days ago) Maybe some people thought it was spam?

OK...does anyone know where the club's ph meter is??

I haven't made the investment yet and would like to try one out before I do.

Thanks

Dave

Hey Jerrold-

Thanks for the invite, this looks like a great idea.

Question for the Group?

Does anyone have a suggestion for
a wine kit, for a nice buttery
Chardonnay?
I have received a request to make a batch that resembles Kendal-Jackson's Chardonnay.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'll check back in a few days!!

Later

test

Hi Dave;
Try Rod for the ph tester. I think he knows who does have it. Garth from the group bought a ph tester that did not need to be recalibrated every time he used it.

Thanks Randy I will ask Rod..

Jerry I forwarded your invite to Paul Nicholson..he has changed to verizon.net. We will see if he shows up.

For the group...President Paul's email is pauljulinicholson@verizon.net
